If you suspect a water main leak somewhere or you may have a high water bill?

First thing to check is your water meter:

Turn off all taps and watering using appliances.

Locate your water meter.

Wait for at least ten minutes.

Check if the last numbers on the dial have changed. If the numbers have changed, you have a leak.

We use leak detection equipment to listen to the ground to hear the leak.

Standard charge

$190 plus GST

If your property is near a noisy road or in a commercial area we may need to attend after hours when it is quiet.

Cost for this service

$340 plus GST (after hours)

Once the leak has been found, our technician will discuss on site with you our recommendations and will arrange one of our experienced plumbers come and carry out the repair work required promptly.

Any plumbing repairs that are required – will be charged on top of our leak detection fee.
